This one is special. This is the first COMPLETE BUILD for Nneka and Calvin. They built every inch of this home in their backyard, even watching the foundation be laid. Ok, maybe not because they were likely running around with a client or chasing after one of their children, but they saw it grow from nothing. Partnering with one of their best friends to build this home and design it – WITHOUT any loans, it is something they are immensely proud of. The blue kitchen and decorative bathroom floor are Nneka’s favorite parts of this property, and the Airbnb deposits are Calvin’s favorite part of the home!
